2014 Tateuchi Scholarship  
 
For the fifth year the Tateuchi Foundation will provide a scholarship to an emerging API leader who currently works for a nonprofit organization. The scholarship is for $3850 which will cover the full tuition for EDI's Discovery program.

Seeking participants for a dissertation research study

 
The study is titled: A descriptive phenomenological study of racial minorities lived experiences of exclusion in the corporate workplace.
 
To qualify as a participant, you must:
  • self-identify as an African American, Latina/Latino, or Asian American
  • have experienced exclusion in the corporate workplace
  • be currently employed in a corporate workplace in Washington, Oregon, or California
  • be over 18 years old

Your participation is completely confidential and anonymous. You also may withdraw at any time.

Your participation involves a 60-minute recorded telephone interview in October at your convenience.You will receive a transcript copy to validate its accuracy based on the recording. No other person will have access to this recording or transcript and only a numeric coding will be used as an identifier; your name is not revealed or documented in the recording, transcript, analysis or findings. Results will only be reported as themes. Your participation has no foreseeable risks to you.
