W Encourager Header
Welcome to EFC-ER's Weekly Encourager. We trust that this will become a bright spot each week in your emails. The purpose of the Weekly Encourager is to provide up-to-date information about region-wide events, prayer requests, and helpful resources from the local churches. We will close each email with a quick quote and/or survey to gather helpful resources from leaders to share with our wider Friends family.

Visit www.efcer.org/ym2015 to download all of the YM materials.

We still need:
- a woman fluent in Spanish to stay on campus and help with registrations Friday afternoon through Wednesday morning.
- a nurse to serve our YM attendees on campus Saturday morning through Tuesday evening.
- a couple drivers to help transport guests to and from the airport and Malone's campus.

Contact Julie Jenkins [email protected] i f you are available.

We are in need of
counselors for the Children's Program at Yearly Meeting. The
application may be downloaded here and sent to Kris Lackey at Canton First Friends (5455 Market Ave. N, Canton, OH 44714). Adults are welcome to apply as well.
Room and board at Malone and meals are provided. For more information about the Children's Program visit:
http://www.efcer.org/ym2015/children.

Housing and Lodging: Due to insurance and Malone University policies as well as safety during emergencies, we must provide Malone Safety a list of ALL individuals staying in the dormitories EACH night. Therefore, it is very important that individuals who register are very clear with the names of family members staying with them as well as the exact nights lodging will be needed.  Last minute changes can still be made, but please be considerate by contacting Connie Bancroft if arrival will be different than originally made.

Day Camp Update

The Day Campers enjoyed activities such as swimming, archery, and games. The leaders loved the time they were able to spend with the kids. The campers and leaders learned more about what it means to follow God through the unique ministry at camp.

Now campers will be a ble to play on a new swing set thanks to the staff and volunteers who put it together!

A Little Extra.... QUOTE  FOR THE WEEK:

"Our prayers may be awkward. Our attempts may be feeble.
But since the power of prayer is in the One who hears it and not in the one who says it,
our prayers do make a difference." - Max Lucado

We hope you've enjoyed catching up with news from the EFC-ER office.

More information and news will be coming each week.

Please send Julia ( [email protected] ) any of your suggestions, quotes,  and/or ideas for weekly encouragement .
