Points for Prayer:
* We extend our love and sympathies to pastor Denny and Debra Seaver and family on the passing of Debra's father, Douglas Kirby. He was 89 years old.
* We extend our love and sympathies to missionaries Victor and Lori Tovar on the sudden passing of Lori's mother, Carole, who passed away on Aug. 5th. The Tovar family will be flying to Arizona to help with all the arrangements.
A website has been set up for those wishing to help with airefare.
* This Thursday (Aug. 7), Friends leaders from across EFC-NA are gathering in Haviland, Kansas for a "National Friends Mulitplication Conference" at Barclay College.
EFC-ER has 10 leaders attending. Pray for safety in travels, positive sharing of ideas and Holy Spirit-inspired enthusiasm, vision, and endurance to fulfill Christ's Great Commission. May we strive to be "In Pursuit" of Christ with passion!

Clarification of NEED for Volunteers for the WMF's Northern Retreat:
Kathy Johnson
is in need of two women willing to lead teams:
1 - Hospitality Team
Responsibilities include greeting ladies as they come to retreat and directing them to cabins, along with ushering for both Saturday and Sunday morning offerings.
2 - Decorating Team
Responsibilities would include table decorations
for Saturday evening banquet and stage decorations for weekend.
