Resources Mailed this week:
Youth Board's FY United Brochures have been mailed to every church. Youth & Leaders - be sure to pick one up & register!
The Summer Ministry Trip opportunity deadlines are fast approaching (May 31st) Brochures will be on-line by end of week.
In Production Right now:
* Yearbooks are almost printed and will be shipped within a week.
PLEASE NOTE: There was a mix-up with the Alphabetical Directory portion of the yearbook. Supplemental pamphlets with directions have been printed for insert into Yearbooks upon delivery at each church. We apologize for any inconvenience.
* Fall WMF Retreat Brochures for both the northern & southern locations are being designed and will be printed for distribution in June.
* WMF Circle of Friends will be mailed out early next week.
Events in Planning Right Now:
* YEARLY MEETING 2014 - is in the planning stage. We have lots of new ideas coming for this year's Yearly Meeting sessions including changes to the Missions Banquet with a new venue and location!
Watch for more tidbits of information in the coming weeks.

Important Reminders:
Monday Emergencies:
Although most of the office staff take Monday as their Sabbath, we now have a superintendent on call every Monday. Simply call the World Outreach Center and Marybeth will contact the superintendent.
Health Insurance Update:
* As many of you know, our pastors group policy had to be terminated as of April 30th. This was due to so many pastors opting for cheaper insurance plans - plus necessary policy changes related to the "Affordable Care Act."
* Our representatives at DiStefano Insurance Services have been actively working with pastors since February and they report that all former participants have coverage.
* We still have other insurance plans including: dental insurance, gap-filler insurance, disability insurance and life insurance available. Contact the WOC for more details.
Moving Digital
* Please be sure to invite other leaders to stay connected. We want all EFC-ER leaders to register for the Weekly Encourager at our website. Or, print a copy and pass it on.
