| Special Offer! Order the Getting Advisory Right 4-DVD Set and Receive The Advisory Guide FREE! | |
Advisories can support healthy development, academic success, and postsecondary access for all students. Yet too many schools struggle to make advisories work effectively. During more than ten years of helping hundreds of schools to design and implement advisory programs, two of the most common questions ESR has faced have been, "What does advisory look like when it's implemented effectively?" and "What kind of professional development will support staff members to be ready to go?"
ESR has addressed both of these questions by creating Getting Advisory Right: Tools for Supporting Effective Advisories, a unique, multi-dimensional resource that provides "just-in-time" professional development for teachers in schools that are committed to improving and sustaining high-quality student advisory programs.
