Dear Stakeholder Committee Members,
This letter is to inform you that the Department will be cancelling the Electronic Visitation Verification (EVV) stakeholder committee meeting on April 17, 2018. As the Department is working towards the collaborative goal of implementing an EVV system, we would like to take this time to coordinate, develop and begin the subcommittee breakout process.
These subcommittees will have a dedicated group to focus on developing recommendations to guide EVV regarding system design, privacy, Consumer Directed Attendant Support Services (CDASS), and Communication/Training. In the coming days, Department subcommittee chairs will be reaching out to schedule meetings. We look forward to our continued collaboration.
