Topic of the  Week
Spring Cleaning Your Life!

Spring is in the air and its time to get ready for a fresh start with some all round Spring Cleaning and not just in your house!

Here are 5 Spring Cleaning Suggestions

1. Your social media friends
Let go of the relationships that don't bring out the best in you and unfollow toxic people on your social media or people who don't influence your life in a positive way. If you wouldn't hang out with these people outside of the internet, then they aren't worthy of your time on social media.

 2. Your body
Set a goal to start juicing, do a cleanse or just cut out foods that cause cravings like coffee, alcohol, sugars and processed foods. (check out some cleanse options here).  Clean our your bathroom and get rid of that old makeup and toiletries that you never use, instead look for non toxic products like Beautycounter.

3. Your pantry
Sort through your kitchen and throw out (or donate) old expired goods, junk and processed foods. The local farmers markets will be starting soon, sign up for some CSA shares. The local store or market are more likely to have seasonal produce and the fruits and vegetables should have been grown in organic rich soil, packed full of all the micronutrients we need.

4. Your exercise routine
Ditch that old exercise routine that hasn't been serving you and try something new to mix it up. The exercise you choose is up to you, based on your goals and what your body is able to tolerate. I'm am a big fan of restorative aerial yoga, especially when I feel tired or run down. When I need to let off some steam its some Kickboxing and HIIT.

5. Your closets
Donate all those clothes that don't fit you or that you never wear to someone who really needs them. This de-cluttering will create spaciousness in your mind and lift your spirits.

Happy Spring :)
