Helen Steussy's Family Nature Summit Blog

We couldn't ask for a better spokesperson for Family Nature Summits. Helen says "Every child in America should go to a Family Nature Summit....at least once! We would be a better country for it, I'm convinced."

Serve Outside September (S.O.S.) 2012
Plan to participate! Help restore the planet and yourself. The Children & Nature Network enthusiastically supports, promotes and participates in National Public Lands Day through their S.O.S. initiative. Thousands of people across the country participated in S.O.S. 2011.

Once again, volunteers are planning to serve outside in community gardens, river clean-ups, trail maintenance, habitat restoration and more. Sign up with your own project or find one near you!
