Family Seeks French Nanny for Summer, Tuesday and Thursday Afternoons
We are an American family returning from an expatriate assignment in France. Our four-year-old daughter speaks native French. We are currently seeking a French speaking sitter/nanny to spend 4-8 hours with her per week on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons.  Requirements:  French speaker. Native is ideal but a non-native who speaks fluently would also be great. Most importantly, we are looking for someone who can be 100% French speaking with our daughter.  Availability Tuesday and Thursday afternoons. This is the time she will not be in pre-school; this is not flexible. (From 12:30/1 until 3:30/4:30).  You must have your own transportation. Our house is in Edina just west of Southdale mall.  Experience with children, enjoyment of active play. Our daughter is energetic and likes to play outdoors, go to the park, ride her scooter or bike, jump on the trampoline etc. She is energetic but not hyperactive, and requires structure and boundaries to be enforced, but is generally well behaved.  This position will run from June 2017 until August of 2018. If you will be available for the whole stretch that would be fantastic but we know that may not be possible especially for students as schedules change with the terms. If you are interested and can be available only for the summer, or the school year, you are still invited to contact us.  If you are also available occasionally on evenings and weekends that is a bonus.  Pay is $12/hour.  Please contact Virginia Plasz at [email protected] with qualifications, personal introduction and references.
