This new certificate, designed in partnership with the Pepperdine Private Capital Markets Project, will provide attendees with the in-depth critical analysis and evaluation skills necessary to successfully navigate the private capital markets when raising capital, transacting a business interest, or making important financing or investment decisions.
The Certificate in Private Capital Markets is a 3-day executive training program designed for business owners and managers, entrepreneurs, capital providers, and their trusted advisors. The certificate qualifies for continuing education credit for CPAs licensed in CA, MCLE for attorneys licensed in CA, CFPs and may qualify for other credentials depending on the state of jurisdiction.
