Parents: Take the Illinois 5Essentials Survey!

Open through Monday, January 16, this statewide survey is  designed to generate a detailed picture of the inner workings of your child's school. It gathers feedback on a wide range of school-related effectiveness measures, including:
  • Effective leaders
  • Collaborative teachers
  • Involved families
  • Supportive environments
  • Ambitious instruction
Here's the survey link. All responses are anonymous.
Our District 63 teachers and 6th-8th grade students also participate; these report results will be sent to schools and districts in May 2017 and will also be included in the State School Report Card.
Although parent data is not included in the State School Report Card, your input will help us develop a fuller picture of our seven schools to guide improvement.
