One of our favorite vendors is Leamington Fresh. This produce is brought to us by one of the largest hydroponic growing operations in the world - allowing us to get it year round! This week we will have seedless Persian cucumbers, mini sungold tomatoes, baby eggplant, and vibrantly colored bell peppers.

Yup! You read that correctly - Michigan grown summer squash is here already. Our friends at Ruhlig Farms in Monroe have it before everyone else, and we are bringing it directly to you to make this week seem just a bit close to the 4th of July!
