Living Christ in This World
THE BANNER This Sunday evening at 5 PM, we will once again welcome the Abbot, Prior, and monks of St. Louis Abbey to The Church of St. Michael & St. George as they lead us in worship and sing Eastertide Vespers. This liturgy is a part of our rich ongoing ecumenical relationship with the Abbey and one of the opportunities we have each season to worship with the monks. Please plan to join us and experience the beauty of the ancient monastic office sung as it has been for over a thousand years. A festive reception to honor The Right Reverend Thomas Frerking, Abbot, will follow as we celebrate our deep friendship with the Abbot and monks and mark Abbot Thomas’ retirement.
