Greetings!

Hello! Welcome to the first ever edition of Eastside Fitness News. We recently celebrated our Grand Opening on May 26th and are now proud to bring you this newsletter. In each edition you can expect to find tips and ideas about being active and healthy as well as up to date information on any special programs, workshops, events or promotions we have going on here at the studio.

Although you can't tell from the weather, our kids are finished school and so I know that summer is here.  Are you prepared to keep up your fitness routine and healthy eating habits in the heat and chaos that are on their way? We share with you some articles, recipes and incentives that we hope will help.

Enjoy! Please let us know what you think and we hope to see you at class soon. Feel free to pass these articles along to friends or family who you think may be interested.

Sincerely,

Wendy and Darnelle

Summer brings barbecue fun, but it's not always easy to eat right with the temptations of smokies and chips. Susan Kamachi of Zest Family Nutrition helps us make sure barbecues don't wreak barbe-chaos on our healthy eating.
