New Leaf Builders has recently purchased Bohicket Oaks, a six home site community on Johns Island located on Bohicket Road.
Bohicket Oaks is set on over 10 acres of land filled with grand oak trees, large lots with water views and access to Hoopstick Creek from
the community's dock.
Five lots are still available for purchase and homes range from the $500s to custom builds in the $800s. All homesites are approximately one acre and offer creek views.
The architectural vision for Bohicket Oaks is for the five remaining lots to be be built in a classic Lowcountry style, with inviting and sturdy features like porches to take in breathtaking views from the land and water.
Bohicket Oaks is located at 2000 Bohicket Road, about 1 mile from the intersection of Maybank Highway and Bohicket Road.
