The Summit is honored to have Colonel De Stewart with his Gourmet Herbs and Spices as our guest for the next Culinary Theatre. Chef Coltrane and Colonel De will use the summer harvest of fruits, vegetables and spices in a wonderful Vegetarian Dinner.
Chef Coltrane and The Colonel will demonstrate different cooking techniques in the Midwest Culinary Institute's state-of-the-art demonstration theatre, and then guests will go up to the Summit to enjoy a three course Vegetarian dinner.
