With Peanuts from Southern Peanut Growers

May is National Salad Month and the beginning of peanut planting season. So what does that mean for peanut butter lovers? It's time to taste the rainbow! No, we're not talking about candy, but fresh vegetables. Uncle Maddio's Pizza is now serving up a ThaiTastic salad drizzled with a honey Sriracha dressing and spicy Thai PB sauce made from American-grown peanuts.

For some more tasty peanut sauce in Atlanta, we suggest you head over to Steel Restaurant, Nan Thai Fine Dining, Glenn's Kitchen or Tuk Tuk for their own versions of dressings and sauces. Also, if you're feeling adventurous, you can make your own peanut sauce with these simple, yet delicious recipes from our Peanut Pinterest board! Check them out here.
