An April highlight: Fairy Party in the children's room
|
April was a busy month in our children's room, highlighted by a school vacation week that featured special events every afternoon. More than a dozen girls in fairy costumes showed up on Saturday, April 26, for the library's annual Fairy Party event.
Looking ahead, our children's calendar for May is just as lively:
On Thursday, May 1, join us for a special Mother Goose Day story hour program at 10:30 a.m.
On Friday, May 2, make your own magic flying carpet in our afternoon crafts hour.
This spring's Ready to Read program with Kathleen Farrell holds its last session at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, May 3.

From 2 to 4 p.m. on Saturday, May 17, our crafts program is making paper flower garlands. |
