The first email is slated to go out to your members on Tuesday, February 18. If you'd like this email sent to your members, email Gividends by Wednesday, February 5. Gividends staff will then forward your member email addresses to iPay for a fee of $100, billed on your next monthly CU*Answers invoice.

Watch for further communication inviting you to enroll in subsequent emails, which are sent every 6 weeks and are all part of the 2014 email campaign designed to boost  bill pay enrollment and usage. Updated Rollover Documentation

Stay connected to CU*BASE and keep members moving quickly through those teller lines, even in the event of a disaster!

Use our recently updated rollover documentation to ensure you'll remain connected to CU*BASE no matter what happens!

We've simplified our rollover site and added some quick and easy steps to make it easier for you to test your backup connection to CU*BASE in case a disaster or hardware failure should disable the primary connection. Check out the updated site today!

Use our updated site as a starting point to develop a new procedure to test your backup connection on a regular basis such as monthly.

Be sure to include in your procedure a requirement to also test your connection after making any changes to your network. Even the most minor changes can affect your ability to connect to CU*BASE in the event of a rollover.
