Every day, women and girls around the world are denied an education and other basic rights because of their gender.

Since its founding in 1951, World Education has worked in more than 60 countries to improve opportunities for girls and women. Today, our fight to support women and girls continues in the face of new challenges and barriers, both at home and abroad.
