Election 2012 "Common Good" Individual Participation
Dear ,
Common Good
A number of recent FAN messages have included information about a project initiated and coordinated by 15 Catholic organizations based in Washington, D.C., including the Franciscan Action Network - Election 2012: Catholics Vote for the Common Good. Quite a few dialogue groups have taken place in many states, with each group submitting what the group sees as priority issues for the November 2012 elections.  Because many people would like to participate but have been unable to either facilitate or join a dialogue group, there is now an option to participate as an individual.

To submit your priority issues, please go to http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/commongood2012. You may also go to the main website, www.commongood2012.org, and click on "Get Involved." Individuals are also encouraged to sign the National Preamble developed by the core group. To read and sign, also go to www.commongood2012.org. The hope is to have thousands of signatures endorsing the Preamble, which eventually can be submitted to candidates in state and national elections.
Please consider participating.

Peace and all good,

Marie Lucey, OSF
