Electric Cello Rocks the House
|
Peter Thomas is a rising star in the Milwaukee music scene, as an acclaimed cellist with the Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra, but perhaps more notably as the "electric cellist" with Milwaukee's "Best Rock Band" (Shepherd Express) I'm Not a Pilot. This classically-infused indie rock band has been entertaining audiophiles since 2009 with music that is best described as something you've never heard before - it's a cross between Electro Pop and Rock N' Roll mixed with symphonic sounds and structure. This unique group also features of Mark Glatzel on vocals/piano, Adrian Esguerra on bass, and Steve Vorass drums. Be there when I'm Not a Pilot takes flight, Friday, January 25 at 8 pm.
