Inprint is proud to launch the 32nd season of the Inprint Margarett Root Brown Reading Series, featuring this season 11 of the world's most engaging writers.
 "We are very excited about this season. In addition to the astonishing talent and the bevy of awards and honors, there's a great deal of energy and innovation in the roster, and about half the writers will be reading from new books. Nine of the eleven writers are new to the Inprint Brown Reading Series - including T. C. Boyle, Emma Donoghue, Terrance Hayes, Jonathan Lethem, and Jesmyn Ward - and we are thrilled to bring back to Houston audience favorites Junot Diaz and Zadie Smith.
"Some are less well known, such as Kim Addonizio, Hari Kunzru, and John Jeremiah Sullivan, all three of whom are masters in their genres - I think Houstonians will love them and their work. It's also an honor to present one of our own, Amber Dermont, an alum of the UH Creative Writing Program, an Inprint fellowship recipient and prize winner, and a terrific writer, who published her debut novel to great acclaim this spring. What a way to celebrate Inprint's 30th anniversary, with a year-long party for lovers of the written word."
