Happy Holidays  to all our Elite Families!  

December is a busy and joyful month at the studio.  Not only are all the students full of excitement and energy for the upcoming holidays and break from school, but Elite begins to gear up for our Spring Recitals...Teachers will be measuring dancers for their costumes, and many classes will begin working on their recital routine.  It is such a wonderful time of year!
 
Here's what's happening at Elite-

We hope you  and your family  can join our Elite dancers for a Festive Holiday show! After the show enjoy some family time at Alpenrose's Christmasville and Storybook Lane.

We love this tradition and we hope to keep it going again this year!  Please  drop off your family's Holiday Card to the front desk or  mail  it to:  4062 NW Saltzman Rd #202 Portland, OR  97229. 

We are looking forward to decorating our lobby with cards for our Elite Families!

The Cold and Flu Season is upon us
Please  do not  send your child to dance if you kept them home from school  or if they have not been fever free for at least 24 hrs.  

We try our best to clean and sanitize all areas of the studio, including door handles, ballet barres, bathrooms, lobby area and the children's toys.  Our goal is to keep all our dancers and teachers as healthy as possible.

How many years have you been dancing at Elite?
This is my first year!
 
What is your favorite style of dance?
Jazz

What is your favorite memory at Elite?
Meeting the big girls who help in class. They are really nice, like Teacher Sara!
 
Tell us about your family...
I have a mom and dad and two brothers, Mason and Beckett. I also have a dog named Bailey and a frog.
 
If you aren't dancing...what else do you like to do?
I do gymnastics, soccer and swimming. I also love playing with my friends, dinosaurs and drawing.
 
Where do you see yourself in 20 years?
I will be a paleontologist  or doctor, and live in New Hampshire. I will also still be dancing!

Tell us one fun fact about yourself!
I was a very big baby - I weighed 11 1/2 lbs when I was born!
 

IMPORTANT DATES

Studio Closed for Winter Break-- 
Elite will be closed December 23rd - January 7th.
  Classes will resume on  Monday, January 8th.

Picture Day-Sunday, May 20th at Elite
Last week of regular classes- Friday, June 15th
Recital Week at Liberty High School- June 16th - June 23rd
STUDIO REMINDERS

Th e studio follows the Beaverton School District bad weather closures.  If school is canceled or let out early, all classes would be canceled.   If school starts late, but goes the rest of the day
 without the weather worsening, the studio would be open that night.  We will communicate any
weather closures via emai l.
