Dear AMS member,
Thanks you for rsvp-ing for Thursday evening's lecture and dinner event at the Chinese Embassy. The event will start promptly at 5pm, so please try to be there 10 minutes early to go through security. The Embassy plans to start their presentation at 5pm sharp.

Due to embassy security requirements, we are required to provide them with a list of names, affiliations, and date of birth (which they will match to your ID at security).  So, in order to attend, you must fill out this form by 5pm today:
Note: we will  not be providing your email address to the embassy--that is for our communication purposes only.

Please do not forward this email/link on to anyone else.
Look forward to seeing you Thursday!
