Register now for free workshop on the History of Immigration with the Library of Congress Teaching with Primary Sources Program at CES

This workshop is offered free of charge  thanks to a grant from the Library of Congress Teaching with Primary Sources Program at CES.

Participants will:
  • Delve into the vast archives of the Library of Congress to deepen their understanding of immigration across American history, with particular emphasis on immigration since 1965  
  • Examine the history of immigration with Scott Wong, Professor of History and Public Affairs at Williams College 
  • Integrate primary sources into inquiry-based curriculum for use in Boston Public Schools, as it focuses on current communities of immigrants

Social Studies teachers, Grades 3 - 12
