Hello MBUSD Community,

Emily Espinosa, a 16 year-old Mira Costa High School student, has been missing since July 22nd at 8 am. She was last seen leaving Mira Costa High School headed towards Herron on Curtis.  The Redondo Beach Police Department is handling the case.  RBPD is considering Emily as a missing person.  In speaking with Emily's mother, she believes that she may be with a male acquaintance, but there has been no communication since Wednesday morning.

If you have any information that may help find Emily, please contact the Redondo Beach Police Department at (310)-379-2477.  I have attached a flyer from the family.

In the past, many of you have used your contacts and social media presence to help find our missing persons.  I thank you in advance for your efforts.

Thank you,

Mike Matthews
