Mindful in May

The May Edition of the D67 E-Pulse is being dedicated to Mindfulness.  What is Mindfulness Anyway?

Mindfulness is the basic human ability to be fully present, aware of where we are and what we're doing, and not overly reactive or overwhelmed by what's going on around us.  When we're mindful, we reduce stress, enhance performance, gain insight and awareness through observing our own mind, and increase our attention to our own and others' well-being.
