This is in addition to the $20.00 per month fitness incentive that is offered through the school district's health insurance with Blue Cross/Blue Shield. Just bring your ID badge or a check stub to the YMCA when you enroll. If you are already a member of the YMCA and are not getting your $15.00 per month discount, please let the YMCA know and contact Heide Miller - 213-2010 or by email

  • As you walk, keep an eye on the ground/floor in front of you
  • Never bend at the waist and lift the box up with your back. Keep your upper body straight and  parallel with your lower legs. Grab the item and push up with your legs, not with your back.
  • Never jerk your body around when lifting.
