Employer Engagement Reboot:
Six Strategies to Reinvigorate Your Business Partnerships
Are you stuck in an employer recruitment rut? Does your employer engagement plan need a makeover? Then this is the meeting for you! Whether you're new to the field or an old pro, you're sure to pick up some new tips to recruit, retain and deepen your employer relationships. Specifically, we'll discuss six strategies that address how to:
- Target your internal processes, organizational systems, and time management to increase focus
- Deploy program metrics, data, and evaluation results to enhance your marketing
- Utilize collaboration to meet employer needs and;
- Cultivate employer champions by involving them in your organization's events and activities
Using a round robin format, practitioners in the field will present their own experiences using these six strategies to successfully engage employers in their organizations. You will then have an opportunity to gather in small groups to discuss one of the six strategies in-depth and develop concrete practices and plans to take back to your own organizations.
