Announcements
Request for Torah Readers:  We are looking to refresh and augment our list of Torah readers at Temple Emunah so that we can sustain our congregation-led minyanim and Shabbat services into the future. We are very proud of our daily minyanim , and since approximately 250 of them per year include a Torah reading, we need a large number of Torah readers to properly support them. If you would like the opportunity to perform the great mitzvah of reading Torah and supporting our services, please contact Mark Weiner at  mark.weiner.te@gmail.com . We would also especially love to hear from parents of teens (or from teens directly) who would like to read Torah in the main service, and therefore become part of our 'Next Dor Corps' group.

Canvass with Keshet: Join Keshet, the JCRC, and the RAC as they partner with Freedom for All Massachusetts to knock on doors in Newton on Sunday, July 29, starting at 10:00 AM to inform people why it’s so important to vote YES on #3 in November to defend transgender equality in MA! Keshet, in partnership with the Union for Reform Judaism and the Jewish Community Relations Council of Greater Boston, is working with congregations across Massachusetts to VOTE YES for fairness and equality, and to uphold Massachusetts' state law that protects transgender people from discrimination in public places. For questions, contact Linda Skolnik , who will be canvassing.
