Upcoming Events and Status Updates on the
Encore NEO Agenda!!!
What's an ECAP?

It's an acronym for " Encore Career Acceleration Program" which is what we'll be rolling out on October 15th.

In fact, we'll be putting out three of them:
  • Charting a New Course with Business Model You
  • Exploring Freelancing with The Freelancer's Bible
  • Getting to Financial Independence with The Simple Path to Wealth
What makes them "accelerated?"

Each will be structured as eight, two-hour sessions conducted over four weeks

These ECAPs will be engaging, interactive, and practical - one month of intensive focus that will help you achieve the Encore Career you really desire in the shortest and most effective way possible!

Keep an eye out for more details to come soon.

  • underemployed - bored and not making what you are due?
  • unhappy in your current environment?
  • feel that you are at risk of being laid off?
  • retiring soon and thinking about the next step?
...then, this weekly program series is for you!

A decade ago, full-time mom Alli Webb noticed a gap in the beauty market: there was no place that just focused on blow-drying hair. Now with more than 100 locations, Drybar is testament to Webb's motto: Focus on one thing and be the best at it.

We'll be discussing this story through the lenses of the Business Model Generation Canvas, Blue Ocean Strategy Map, and Consumption Chain Analysis.
