The Summary of Benefits and Coverage (SBC) document) is a handy reference. The SBC explains the benefits breakdown of the plan. For questions about the SBC, contact the Sales team at 866-794-3326. Needed codes, such as HMO02715 or PHA00821, can be found on  renewal documents.

Bike Collection Drive Gets Rolling

All kids should enjoy the fun and health benefits of biking this spring. With SSM Health's financial contribution and plenty of volunteers, we collected donated bikes at several SSM Health Dean Medical Group locations on January 14.  We are supporting the non-profit FB4K, which refurbishes the bikes for families in need, as a way to help strengthen our community's health. Bike distribution occurs in March.

In Support of Epilepsy Research

Nearly 800 people attended Madison's annual Lily's Luau event January 21. Proceeds from the tropical-themed party finance epilepsy research on the UW Madison campus. The event raised $185,000! SSM Health is a proud sponsor.
