Panderina Soumas creates an authentic and aromatic Creole Cooking experience with visual examples of popular items/vegetables used in Creole Cooking, while sharing the history and culture of Creole Cookery and proudly sharing some of the Soumas family heirlooms (photos) and cooking secrets. She will be preparing Creole Gumbo using her own seasoning mix!
