Don Humphreys
, a native of Tulsa, Oklahoma, earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management from Oklahoma State University in 1971. He served in the U.S. Army from 1972-1974. After earning an M.B.A. from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in 1976, he joined Exxon Chemical Company.
He had several assignments in Houston, Baton Rouge, Baytown, New York and New Jersey.
In 1993, Don moved to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia to become Financial Director of the Exxon Companies in Malaysia. Don became an Assistant Treasurer of Exxon Corporation in January 1997 and was elected Vice President and Controller in July 1997.
Concurrent with the merger with Mobil in 1999, Don was named Vice President and Controller of ExxonMobil Corporation. He was elected Senior Vice President and Treasurer and also joined the Corporation's Management Committee effective January 25, 2006, and served the Corporation as Principal Financial Officer from 2004 until his retirement in January 2013.
Don Humphreys was elected as an Independent Director of Rosneft, Russia's largest oil company in 2013. He also serves
on the boards of the Perot Museum of Nature and Science, the Georgia O'Keefe Museum, Literacy Achieves, the Crested Butte Music Festival and the Adaptive Sports Center.
Don has previously served as a Director on the boards of the Texas Parks and Wildlife Foundation, Junior Achievement, and the Financial Accounting Standards Advisory Council.
In addition, Don has served as a Trustee of the Oklahoma State University Foundation and is a Life Member of the OSU Alumni Association. Don Humphreys is an OSU Distinguished Alumnus and a member of the Halls of Fame for OSU Alumni, the Spears School of Business and the College of Engineering, Architecture and Technology. In 2011, he delivered the Fall Commencement Address and was awarded a Doctorate of Human
e Letters by the Regents of OSU.

Cathey Humphreys
earned her B.S. in Business Education from the University of Oklahoma in 1970. She has taught business education and English literacy classes to adult learners.
Cathey holds an honorary degree in Business Administration from Oklahoma State University, and is a
past member of the Council of Women For OSU. She and her husband Don were named Henry G. Bennett Distinguished Fellows in 2010.
Cathey is a recipient of the Jeannine Rainbolt College of Education Meritorius Service Award at OU and the OU Regents' Alumni Award. She and Don are members of OU's Seed Sower Society. Cathey
is an alumna and past board member of Chi Omega Fraternity of Dallas and is a sustaining member of the Junior League of Dallas.
Cathey and Don share a passion for the benefits of higher education and international studies. They have endowed scholarships, programs and chairs at OSU, OU, Wharton, the University of Tulsa and the Chi Omega Foundation.
They and
their family live in Dallas. They enjoy traveling around the country and the world to see new sights and enjoy new experiences.
