Free Nutrition Demos This Month

Celebrate National Nutrition Month by attending the free demos held each Wednesday in March from 11:30am-1:00pm in the Southport Eatery. The theme this year is "Eat Right, Your Way, Every Day." Topics will include super foods, managing your plate and portions, and ideas for healthy snacks.

Time is running out to register for the Spring Softball (Co-ed) or Kickball (Co-ed) season. Currently we have 3 softball teams and 2 kickball teams. There's still a couple of spaces left on the softball team, so hurry and sign-up to get your game on.

Heart Health Stair Challenge Results 

Our incredible participants climbed more than 64,000 flights of stairs in total. Amazing! 11 competitive staff members logged more than 1000 flights each. And,over 300 staff members completed the Personal Wellness Profile. Congratulations to all who joined the  Stair Challenge.....and keep climbing those stairs!

A: It's a great idea to help children learn healthy eating habits early.The Weight Watchers website has a Healthy Family section which gives you tips on how to help your children eat more nutritiously both at home and when  dining out. It also provides ideas on how to keep them happy and active. Click here to access the website.
