Couch to 3K Fun Run/Walk      Running Race

The Couch to 3K Fun Run/Walk is scheduled for Friday, June 28th. This free event will include 4 loops around the Blue Path, which will be open from 6am-3pm that day to accommodate all schedules. Help us recruit 1000 staff to achieve our annual challenge participation goal and find out which building has the most team spirit. As a added bonus, sign-up for the "Lose 10 lbs. in 6 weeks" training program prior to the Run/Walk.  It's a great way to get in shape for summer, so don't get left behind! All participants receive a free event T-shirt, $5 Farmers market coupon and a free Daily plate. Registration is now open.   


Strong Women Workshops      

Strengthen your bones and muscles by joining the special Strong Women fitness workshops. Two workshops are scheduled.  The first is Tuesday and Thursday May 28th through August 1st at 7-8pm.  The second is Monday  and Wednesday May 29th through July 31st 12:15-1:30pm.  Click here to find out more and register.
