With so much conflict in the world finding leaders who are guided by their heart as well as their head is becoming even more important. So beginning with ourselves, tuning in regularly to our own spiritual wisdom is vital.
In a recent video spiritual teacher Matt Khan commented that the root of conflict is not racism, religious dogma or sexual prejudice but it stems from equality of distribution. Communities with enough resources and opportunities available to everyone don't provide the terrain for discontent to thrive.
As he says, we'd do better to switch our focus from the media images of conflict which divide and weaken us and concentrate instead on doing what strengthens us: banding together in unity consciousness to create a more equal society within our own communities.
Another comment I wanted to share with you, was that we all have different roles. Some of us are called more into external action whereas others are working internally (consciously or unconsciously) to hold the still point necessary for the energies of the fifth dimension to anchor on Earth - this may be especially true if you aren't having a strong emotional response to events.

Essence Transmissions - Your Celestial Inbox

It's always interesting to hear how you report feeling essence transmissions. Some of you experience a bodily sensation or gradual mental calm, others have an emotional response, others see an image on the inner planes - sometimes it's a fascinating combination on different levels.
As I receive transmissions myself I can vouch for how much it can help to keep the frequencies active by following the suggestions in the transmission email you receive.
My experience is that transmissions go into a kind of celestial inbox held in the field. It downloads when you're in 'receive' mode, which may be when you're meditating, washing up, in the shower, out walking or simply asleep. Then again, if you happen to be 'tuned in' when I send it, you may sense its arrival very strongly, like Gillian below:)
