ICE CREAM “SUNDAY” - Bring UNUSUAL ice cream toppings!

*will have ice cream "sundays" @ S. Graham Park & play sports if good weather!

Connecting with Children
 SUMMER KIDS ON A MISSION
The 1st summer mission.. if the kids choose to accept... is to Allied Churches Donation Center at Holly Hill Mall on Sun, June 25. Children in completed kindergarten through the 5th grades are asked to meet in Stafford Hall at 2:45pm and bring their completed permission form.  After serving, we will stop by Pelican’s Snoballs for a sweet treat (paid for by the church).  We will return to the church by 6pm.  Please email Brian if you have any questions.

Vacation Bible School pre-registration has begun for children ages 3 through completed 5th grade!  Registration forms are available outside of Mr. Brian's office (Rm. 111) and in the coffeeshop (Rm. 135).  Register by June 25 to get a free CD of VBS music!

This Sunday, June 11, is a "Meet and Greet" Sunday.  If you want to know more about membership or about our mission and ministries, join Pastor Kevin in his study (Rm. 107) after either service.

First United Disc Golf Enthusiasts (F.U.D.G.E.)
WANTED: A few good men for a round of disc golf (i.e. “Frisbee golf”) at Cedarock Park, the Open Course, each Saturday, Tee Time is 8:30am sharp! This will be a great time of fun, fellowship, exercise, and of course, a few laughs. Dads, bring your son(s) for a great time of fellowship together!  First timers are welcome!  We’ll teach you how to play. No disc necessary; we have extras. Bring water and a hand towel. Serving at South Graham Elementary
The school year is winding down at South Graham Elementary.  The students' last full day is June 6 with early release on June 7.  Because SGE is a year-round school, they will begin again on July 24!  Look for more information in July about donating school supplies.  In the meantime, if you'd like to be added to the C4C e-mail list for monthly updates, or if you want more information about what we do at SGE, please contact Margaret Skulnik.

Stop Child Abuse Now
The Exchange Club is a national organization that is dedicated to improving conditions for children and preventing child abuse. 
First UMC provides a meeting place for special sessions with youth and parents on Tuesday of each week. We also provide a light snack (chips, crackers, etc. and drinks). Contact Richard to sign up your Life group or Sunday School to host one of our upcoming sessions! We need your help, and so do these families in need!
