We are pleased to officially announce ESW's partnership with Sustainable Minds, a market leader in LCA software for non-experts based in Cambridge, MA. Read more.
New Initiatives
LCA + U Challenge logo LCA + U Challenge
Our first project with Sustainable Minds is the Life Cycle Assessment Plus Universities (LCA+U) Challenge! The project will accept proposals through February 8th, with team selection by February 15th, and final results by May 15th. Read more here.

Wicked Problems Wicked Problems in Sustainable Engineering (WPSE)
This WPSE initiative offers courses that give students the ability to engage with, flounder on, and develop collaborative solutions to wicked problems in sustainability. We're looking to pilot this course in the fall of 2013 with 3-5 schools in the ESW network. Read more.

green ideas! Brainstorming Webinars (2 Sessions)
It's a new year and a new term - the perfect time to start a new project! To help members and chapters decide what new projects to pursue, we are hosting 2 brainstorming sessions (informal webinars) on Saturday January 26th and Sunday January 27th, both from 4-5 pm EST (1-2 pm PST). Book Discussions
We're testing out some book discussions this semester, with some topics that are a little outside the normal environmental bookshelf. We welcome you to join us in discussing each book (one for each month from January - April) during the last 2 weeks of each month. Read more
