Sheriff’s Office Supports Under-Served Youth
Thank you to the Seminole County Sheriff’s Office for their contribution to three Foundation supported programs. With a major focus on prevention, the Seminole County Sheriff’s Office donated $50,000 to Take Stock in Children – Seminole, the Midway Safe Harbor Community Center and Safe and Drug Free School’s Red Ribbon Week.

All three programs focus on preparing at-risk students for a successful future. These programs will benefit greatly from this funding. Thank you to Sheriff Lemma and the Seminole County Sheriff’s Office for supporting the students of Seminole County Public Schools!

Superintendent's Leadership Conference
Over the summer, SCPS Superintendent Dr. Walt Griffin shared his vision for the 2018 - 2019 school year with district leadership, administrators, staff and invited guests.

In his exciting and interactive presentation, Dr. Griffin also shared that SCPS is once again an "A"-rated district and #1 in STEM in Central Florida. This conference gave the Superintendent a chance to share his personal leadership philosophy, inspired by "The Energy Bus" and energized our district staff to work towards another great school year.

The Foundation is excited to continue supporting the mission and priorities of the school district. Thank you to CFE Federal Credit Union and Clancy & They's Construction Company for supporting the conference!
In case you missed it!
We're excited to see the new SCPS Career Building & Aviation Mechanics Program taking flight at Seminole High School!
Thank you to Lockheed Martin for their $15,000 grant to support this program benefiting the students of Seminole County Public Schools!
It's been a busy summer at Tools 4 Seminole Schools!
We've had lots of supply drop-offs and we can’t thank our supporters enough!! But supplies are still needed to help keep the shelves stocked all year long. Set up a supply drive today to benefit our students and teachers.
