Bartholomew faces choice of $150,000 scholarship or full ride to law school

On January 25, Frostburg State University senior Michael Bartholomew was offered a $150,000 scholarship to attend law school at George Washington University. George Washington University is a private research university located in Washington, D.C. and the oldest law school in the nation's capital.
Receiving the scholarship should have been no surprise for Bartholomew because he has excelled in his studies at Frostburg and has been awarded Dean's List every semester since his freshman year. He is majoring in political science, philosophy and, law & society.
