Job Overview:  Our Client Care Specialist is the first point of contact for clients who visit our studio or contact us to learn about our services. Responsibilities include greeting clients upon their arrival, answering clients’ questions about services via phone, email or in person and processing transactions. To be successful in this role, you should be highly organized and able to manage clients with grace, especially during peak demand. Ultimately, you will help boost our reputation by building friendly, trusting relationships with clients.

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous customer service or receptionist experience preferred, but not required.
  • Need to be comfortable answering the phone, calling clients, and working on a computer.
  • Need to be self-motivated, dependable, and willing to take initiative.
  • Must be able to lift and carry 10 pounds.

CECs / YTT Workshop Hours
These workshops are open to anyone. Diana can offer CEC’s for both Y.A. (Yoga Alliance) and A.C.E. (The American Council on Exercise). CEC's for other organizations can be petitioned for from these workshops.

They are also workshop hours for the ‘ essence of Yoga’ 200hr teach er training school, and offered to those in the ‘essence of yoga’ 300hr as part of their training.

Understanding Inversions 
No one ever needs to aspire to do head stands, hand stands, or shoulder stands to receive the benefits of inversions. There are numerous ways to practice inversions in yoga and Diana has taught them very successfully to assist kids with concentration issues at school, helping people get to sleep more deeply and easily, calm anxiety, bring better focus, and so much more. She will cover why they help physiologically and then will take the group through a practice. All levels of practice are welcome and will be able to practice in this workshop.

Vibrational Medicine/Therapy
Diana is certified in numerous modalities of Vibrational medicine, therapy, and healing techniques. Come learn what this is all about and how you can use these techniques on a daily basis to help with life’s daily tasks.

This is the month of love! I encourage you this month to consider the love you have for yourself... or maybe what you could be doing to love yourself more. If you’ve never worked 1-on-1 with someone like a personal trainer or a health coach, maybe this could be your beginning to self-care or a way to go deeper. Working with a trainer or a health coach can save you more than $1000’s in the long run... it could truly save your life. 

I have been training, coaching, teaching, and working with clients on the energetic realm for over 2.5 decades now. The stories I have are so broad in topics from their beginning... but in the end, it’s all the same: Finding balance. We work to balance our structural alignment, nutrition, energy, and so much more. So many of my clients come in with misalignments and imbalances that are truly debilitating their lives. They say they have “tried everything” and some have even stated that they have thought of not continuing on this journey... truly. 

When I get the opportunity to work with someone 1-on-1, they get to feel (maybe for the first time or only time in a long time) that it’s truly all about them. We get to talk and explore all of their life and all that goes into whatever misalignments they have. It’s so, so often that I explain how things we do so often that seem so innocent can be what’s causing the bigger issues. I get to ask, “What brings you joy?” And their eyes look so shocked. “How can that be important?” Oh my!!! It’s BEYOND important! When we stop doing the things that bring us joy, we eat differently, sleep differently, act differently in our bodies... and our energy/vibration just drops. This is just one example but it’s a very powerful one. Others can be more about daily positioning, chairs we sit in that cause back issues, positions we sleep in, foods that cause inflammation, and so much more.

We now have over 15 classes available You can subscribe to watch them all or purchase them individually. Download this Pilates/Yoga Combo Class and take it anywhere on the go! 

A half hour of Pilates mat work followed by a 1/2 hour of yoga. This class uses a foam roller, mat, ball and fitness circle... but they are not mandatory. It is for all levels of abilities.

Please consider keeping valuables and things you do not need in your trunk or at home when coming to the studio. We have great cubby spaces for shoes and coats but to have more space, we recommend keeping valuables and anything you don't need in your trunk or at home. Due to space and safety concerns, we cannot have extra belongings in the rooms while classes are going on. Although we take pride in our amazing community and studio, Essence is not responsible for lost or stolen items, and we are hoping to help you prevent any issues while also keeping the studio safe and spacious for everyone.

We have a small lost and found in the cubby area that is starting to overflow... please check when you're in again to be sure nothing is yours.
