We will explore why the knees get so beat up, how to work with the knees in yoga, and things we can do daily to keep our knees strong and healthy. This YEP session will have both a lecture and physical practice for all levels.

Our Amazing Nervous System
Diana will be covering ways to tell when we are in fight or flight mode (sympathetic nervous system) or in rest and digest mode (parasympathetic nervous system) and how to use yoga and other practices to adjust what we need at any time. Learning to understand this and how to adjust is SO important and there are many practices to help with this. There will be both lecture and practice in the workshop.

Nutrition & Digestion...its way more than just calories and groups.
We will explore many parts of nutrition and digestion and will use many modalities to look at how we can begin to look at what we eat and why. Diana will incorporate information from Functional Medicine as she continues her FM certification (she graduates in August 2018) and pull from her many certifications/education in nutrition.
