Rabbi's Message
Parshat Re'eh
This Shabbat begins Rosh Chodesh Elul.  On Sunday, the second day of Rosh Chodesh we begin to sound the Shofar each morning after Shacharit.  In short, it's happening!  Rosh Hashanah is here.
Chazal in their infinite wisdom gave us this preparatory period so that Teshuvah is not a sudden requirement thrust upon us.  Let's make sure to make the most of these precious days.
