FRSA Roofing Loans

The Florida Roofing, Sheet Metal and Air Conditioning Contractors Association Credit Union Board of Directors approved a new members' only benefit to assist contractors in helping consumers finance a new roof or repair job.

The program is very easy to apply for. Maximum financing is $15,000.

FPL to cut down incentives

Effective Sept. 15, 2015, the Florida Public Service Commission approved proposed changes to some of FPL’s energy efficiency programs:

Beginning Oct. 1, rebate programs will be discontinued for; Ceiling and Roof Insulation; Roof Coatings & Membranes; Roof Replacements;

Additional information regarding the changes to FPL's business rebate programs will be available in early November 2015.
