If classes are successful, more information will be sent on additional sessions.

Do you have a guest who would like to participate in full class sessions? We now offer a separate fee for Members to bring in a sponsored guest.

Yoga

Vinyasa style class which links breath to movement to attain balance in the body. It is a smooth flowing class that will get your heart rate up and help with toning and flexibility.

Mix & Match 2 Classes
4 Weeks


This gives you the opportunity to choose two classes and get the same 1-hour/2-day per week workout! Ex. Core Blast on Tuesday and Water Aerobics on Thursday. 

Choose the classes/days you would like to mix. When signing up, please note which two classes you will be joining and on which designated days. (Please keep the setup consistent.)

Additional Information
Make-Up Classes
If you happen to miss any classes throughout your 6-week session, please drop in on any of our other classes to make up your time missed. Please keep in mind Pilates may be at its maximum capacity and approval to attend may be necessary.  
Classes are neither refundable nor prorated due to absence.   
Special Rate
First class is full price, each additional class is $10 off.  
Requirements
In order for a class to take place, we must have a minimum of 10 participants signed up by Monday, June25th.  
Walk-Ins Welcome
Once classes begin, walk-ins are welcome at the desired class time.

A $10 fee for each walk-in will be charged to the Member's account with the exception of a family guest who is joining a participating Member. Each family guest of the participating Member may join at a discounted $5 fee. 
Class sign-ups are available until filled.
