Every Can...Every Dollar...and Every Hour Makes a Difference to Someone Who is Hungry

Help "Bag Childhood Hunger"
School's out for summer, but we all know that hunger never takes a vacation. That's why we're partnering with WXII 12 and Lowes Foods to feed children in need this summer. Anchors and reporters will be live at various locations for the next several weeks collecting donations of non-perishable food. You'll find the schedule here. Can't make it to any of the live events? Donate online today.

Food for Thought
These days we all have a heightened sense of gratitude for the sense of well-being a steady paycheck affords. We can look ahead, plan and continue on toward our goals. The same holds true for organizations, such as Second Harvest Food Bank. When you make a commitment to monthly giving, regardless of the amount, we can plan ahead for sustainable expansion of programs to address hunger across our service area and spend fewer resources on fundraising.
