| Come Join Us for a Week You Will Never Forget |
 Greetings!
This is your personal invitation to spend a week in Lansing this summer with some of most awesome kids you will ever meet. SSI is looking for a few good men and women to serve as chaperones during the Summer Program held in June and July.
You are probably thinking that spending a whole week with a lot of energetic teenagers in the middle of summer does not sound very relaxing and enjoyable. However, when you consider how much you could learn and experience, perhaps you might reconsider.
Chaperones play such a critical role and can have a tremendous impact on the young people who come to SSI. Whether you are related to a student attending, or just desire to give back and invest in the next generation, this is your opportunity.
For more information about chaperoning you may go to our website to view our Chaperone Page. On this page will be a link to the Chaperone application. All you need to do to sign up is print off this form, fill it out and send it back. There is a suggested donation to help cover our costs. We currently have openings in all three weeks: June 24-29, July 8-13, & July 22-27.

PS - Chaperones get to sit in on teaching sessions, hear a lot of great speakers, as well as learn about our country's history and government right along with the students. Even though you missed out on SSI as a teenager, this is your chance to experience this dynamic program firsthand.
