Parkline Inc. is excited to announce the acquisition of all the assets and the hiring of the employees of Bebco Industries, located in Hitchcock, Texas effective on July 1, 2016.  Bebco Industries is strategically located along Interstate 45 south of Houston.

 Like Parkline, the Bebco Industries team has over 45 years of experience providing high quality, cost effective, custom engineered, solutions for industrial modular buildings and enclosures.  Bebco Industries serves a diverse group of markets including Petrochemical, Natural Gas, Water, Renewable Energy and Power Distribution.  Some of the many applications served by Bebco include; Analyzer Bldgs., MCC Bldgs., VFD Bldgs., Switchgear Bldgs. and M&R Bldgs., to name a few.

This purchase includes all of the Bebco Industrial Housing and Access Solutions product lines. These product lines consist of pre-engineered industrial modular buildings fabricated from 12-18 gauge galvanized steel, stainless steel, aluminum or fiberglass construction and structural steel flooring systems.  Also included are the blast resistant building products, sheds, canopies, industrial duty stairs, ramps and platforms.    Please note the Bebco Environmental Control Units Corporation business is not part of this purchase and continues to operate as a stand-alone business under the Bebco name.

As a result of this purchase, Parkline is now positioned with arguably the industry’s most diverse industrial building and access solutions portfolio with two significant fabrication, assembly and systems integration facilities to provide exceptional value to customers.   The Hitchcock facility is an impressive 110,000 sf and will allow Parkline to more competitively broaden our service area to the Central and Western United States and has easy access to two ports within 15 minutes of the facility for overseas shipments.  For customers with needs for Parkline style buildings in this geography, we anticipate being able to pre-erect and systems integrate Parkline buildings at the Hitchcock facility within the next 30 - 60 days.   If you have need sooner, please contact your Parkline Sales Representative, or contact us at one of the methods listed below.
